And we also filled the balloons with half air from a compressor and half helium. That helped!

We ordered them from this site: http://www.brodys8004balloons.com/3_foot_Qualatex_Latex_Balloons_s/676.htm They are three foot balloons. A word of caution though, there is a helium shortage since it is not a renewable resource (had no idea!!). We had a really hard time finding helium and when we finally did it was SUPER expensive. So I would consider filling with air and hanging from the ceiling or checking your helium supply first. It took about a tank and a half to fill 20 of the balloons.
